I absolutely love living at Cottage Grove at Gainesville. Unlike the dorms and other apartment complexes in Gainesville, Cottage Grove is truly unique, in that it is a home and not just some standard apartment. It offers luxury living at student prices, and that was just what I was looking for. The amenities and location are simply perfect. Easy bus route to campus and 24 hour clubhouse. It was exactly what I wanted and I would readily recommend it to anyone!

As soon as I drove by Cottage Grove, I knew I had to live here! I fell in love with the cottage look. It was so appealing- no neighbors above or below you, a gorgeous pool and clubhouse! And the best part is after a year of living here, I still love Cottage Grove just as much as my first glance. It is the perfect college housing community for studious yet fun Gators! It is a quiet community perfect for studying and has all the amenities for students need for a fun time. It is the best of both worlds. I’m so glad Cottage Grove has been part of my UF experience! I like having my own house not just any old apartment. The floor plans are huge and I don’t have to share a wall with complete strangers. I also like being able to ride my bike to campus and being close to Lake Wauburg. I plan to stay here throughout college because no one can compete with the housing style and how nice these houses are!

Cottage Grove living is so unique compared to other properties here in Gainesville. I love living here because I have great roommates, which I was matched with through Cottage Grove's Roommate Matching Service, free of charge. I also  enjoy the walking trails and nature environment that Cottage Grove provides. The tanning bed and pool are state-of-the-art and convenient to have around. The best thing about Cottage Grove is the unbeatable prices. They truly are a community that has rates that are affordable for students.

As a law student and former undergraduate student of the University of Florida, I have lived in Gainesville for quite a while. I can honestly say Cottage Grove has the most to offer out of any student community in Gainesville. The community itself has a great atmosphere, and everything is truly top-of-the-line and brand new. As a graduate student, I love having the option of going to the Cottage Grove study room instead of making the trek to the library, and it’s so convenient having a gym, pool and tanning bed only a 30-second walk from my front door. Overall, I would say being a resident of Cottage Grove has a lot of perks and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Living in Gainesville for four years, I've moved all over the place, but I've finally found a place that I can call home.  It is truly enjoyable to share a beautiful cottage with my roommates, that has all of the amenities of an upscale apartment complex.  The 24-hour clubhouse and gym are fantastic, as well as the pool and on-site tanning bed.  It's also great not having to share a wall with someone you don't know, and because parking is plentiful your visitors never have to worry about being towed.  I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that I highly recommend Cottage Grove and absolutely love living here!

This is my first apartment and the only thing I can say is that I could not move anywhere else. I love being able to go home to a HOME. Parking right in front of my house and walking right through my front door is so wonderful instead of climbing stairs or being inside a hall way after going up an elevator. The whole house is gorgeous. There's nothing I would change about living at Cottage Grove. It has the perfect amount of residents making it easy to know your neighbors and staff on a first name basis. I plan on staying at Cottage Grove until I graduate and have to leave. Living here is one of the best opportunities I've ever had.
